**Job Description**:
- Provides daily broker/dealer clients support, including responding to broker/dealer inquiries, setting up security and enrollment in products, researching reports aimed at overall quality improvements, and updating and maintaining documentation.- Performs tasks associated with broker/dealer solutions.- Gathers and analyzes information for problem resolution.-
- Client interaction will be required for this position, which will mainly be written communication.- Strong research skills are also required for the position.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience-
- Strong communication, writing and reading skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both clients and technical stakeholders.- Ability to execute multiple assignments within an established timeframe and maintain department quality standards.- Problem solving skills; ability to confidently recommend solutions on the basis of prior analysis.- Have knowledge of Relational Database and SQL- Have a knowledge of Mutual Fund will be a plus.

Note: Basic mainframe knowledge and tools will be provided.

**May be required to work outside of normally scheduled hours as mandated by the client, project, and/or workload (e.g., evenings, weekends, and/or holidays); amount of notice may vary.
