- Inside Sales Division Manager (Freight forwarder) (50K-70K) (SDG-83273)
- ผู้จัดการแผนกขายภายใน (Freight Forwarder)-
- Plan and executive strategy for inside sales division.
- Manage the inside sales team
- Monitor daily operation and each team leader.
- Monitor Inside Sales performance.
- Training and develop skill for team member.
- Set and track targets for inside sales team
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or services
- Build an open-communication environment for team
- Liaise with Sales departments to ensure service consistency and increase sales- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years working experience in related field
- Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Freight forwarder business basis knowledge.
- Management level
- Own car & driving license is a must- Good services mind and ability to motivate and work in fast moving, pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership skill and team management skills.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making.
- Analytical Thinking & Logical Thinking.
- Fluent in English communication
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel.- Immediate or quick to start working is preferred

- ฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทักษะให้กับสมาชิกในทีม
- กำหนดและติดตามเป้าหมายสำหรับทีมขายภายใน
- แนะนำและดำเนินการปรับปรุงในกระบวนการบริหารงานขาย
- ใช้คำติชมของลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติหรือบริการใหม่
- สร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการสื่อสารแบบเปิดสำหรับทีม
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อให้การบริการมีความสม่ำเสมอและเพิ่มยอดขาย- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 35-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 6 ปีในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานที่ได้รับการพิสูจน์แล้วในฐานะผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายภายใน
- ความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารงานขาย
- ความรู้พื้นฐานธุรกิจขนส่งสินค้า
- ระดับบริหาร
- ต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่- มีใจรักงานบริการและสามารถกระตุ้นและทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่กดดันและเคลื่อนไหวเร็วได้
