The Brand Manager, Chandon and Spirits Thailand reports to the Marketing Director and supports the development and implementation of consumer
- centric marketing plans and create brand desirability for Chandon & Spirits category to achieve and exceed budget volumes, revenues, and profitability in Thailand while respecting compliance and enhancing the brands' image and reputation both internally and externally.

**Job responsibilities**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Brand Planning**
- Preparation of the annual Brand Plans for Chandon & Spirits category under the alignment with the Marketing Director via leading consumer understanding, category and landscape analysis and learnings from previous executions and recommend the key big bets for Vietnam and Indochina.
- Understanding of the Maison's plans and localizing/ adapting it to the market consumers.
- Collaborating with the commercial and finance team in recommending the key big bets for the category.

**Brand Plan Implementation**
- Lead the implementation of Communication, partnership, PR, trade activation and event activities.
- Take a leading role in the development, planning and measurement of the brands' consumer programs.
- Take responsibility for the communication of all new product information (including price, availability, images) at least 6 weeks prior to launch where required.
- Be the brand gate keeper in supporting & coordinating with Trade Marketing and commercial teams to deliver best in class activations in the trade.
- Manage the inventory and flow of brand POSM tools.

**Financial**
- Deliver/ exceed brand financial objectives (revenues and contribution)
- Manage A&P for Chandon & Spirits, including creation of POs, tracking, monthly close and reporting to the Marketing Manager on any discrepancies.
- Constant management of A&P expenditure, ensuring that committed expense remains within approved master budget and in line with key big bets.
- Assist Marketing Manager with vendor selection and assessment.

**Business Assessment**
- Post campaign reviews to ensure tracking of KPls and analysis of performance.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and reviews for visiting senior management and Maison representatives including presentations such as formal Business Reviews and annual Brand Plans
- Complete commentary for monthly and quarterly reports required by region.

**Inventory**
- Lead & review POS and promo pock inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimization at agreed intervals.
- Collaborate with Logistics team on ensuring healthy levels of inventory, product innovations on-track and depletion programs for slow moving SKUs.

**Communication and Brand Education**
- Drive communication and brand education of Chandon and Spirits within the MHIRO business to drive awareness of key brand messages and activations and motivate internal stakeholders.Liaise with external parties e.g., social media and PR agencies and POSM materials production companies, to assist with the preparation of promotions and associated materials.**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably with experience working in the retail channel.
- Experience in the luxury industry is desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office tools - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
