- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and smooth deal submissions
- Manage the complete process of uploading deals onto the platform, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Monitor the progress of deal submissions, troubleshoot any technical issues, and ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Use platform tools to meet specific requirements
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in deal information before, during, and after deals go live
- Manage all ad-hoc requests related to deal uploads and adjustments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheet and willingness to learn the process using in-house systems
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues promptly
