Identifying category growth opportunities that are anchored in fact-based insights as well as translating insights into convincing trade argumentations
- Developing category strategy & plans based on central & local marketing category plans, category vision and cascade on the channel level.
- Updating Category Drivers with new products and initiatives launch.
- Generating new relevant shopper/channel insights, and lead Shopper / Customer studies.
- Leading NP launch preparation from the Shopper marketing side: route to trade, selling story, Perfect store KPIs. Collaborate with marketing to design the best bundle and the optimum trade support.
- Participating in all AOP processes to reach OPEX objectives.
- Managing category, channel, and customer analysis to detect opportunities to increase category & brand sales for all customers.
- Developing assortment and shelving guidelines per channel to increase Company and Category profit.
- Handling proposals on shelf decoration to ensure layout implementation and guarantee its permanence on a long-term basis to reach sales objectives.
- Ensuring the alignment on which segment will be a key priority for each month / Quarter and preparing execution via 4p.
- Providing support in leading Perfect Store at both the national level and store level including defining the key opportunities on the Master Stock List for nationally and account-specific and also preparing and aligning with the sales team for shelf position, the share of shelf, assortment/ distribution opportunities, OOS, promotional executions etc.
- Monitoring & adjusting Perfect store KPIs annually or with new initiatives launched to deliver sustainable growth at on high sales efficiency level
- Evaluating Perfect Store scorecard with monthly communication of Perfect Store KPIs performance with Sales feedback, report qualitative summary to The Hopper marketing manager and Sales Leads.
- Executing quarterly/monthly evolution of the category management projects as well as leading meetings with customers to present category expertise and vision.
- Providing support on developing promotion strategy per channel based on brand objectives and company financial KPIs.
- Initiating the proposal of new promotional activity with our products to increase our promotional effectiveness per customer and increase sales for both companies.
- Preparing data support for discussion during inflation which will impact price increase.
- Supporting and participating in regional meetings to share plans, and relevant information and receive feedback.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing and related.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Shopper Marketing and trade Marketing from the FMCG industry.
- Experience in food & beverage products - Modern trade Channel is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of information system tools (AC Nielsen, Egg digital, Kantar panel and Sell out from each retail).
- Must be able to handle end-to-end category marketing with strong market data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and time-management abilities.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
