Our client is a leading local pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare manufacturer.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading and managing the E-Commerce team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve department goals and targets.
- Developing and executing comprehensive E-Commerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Monitoring E-Commerce performance metrics, analyzing data, and generating insights to optimize user experience and improve overall sales performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless and integrated E-Commerce experience for customers.
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of the E-Commerce platforms, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand’s image and standards.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the online shopping experience, from product discovery to checkout, to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment rates.
- Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the E-Commerce platform, making strategic recommendations to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Managing relationships with external parties, for example, E-Commerce platforms, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and maximize E-Commerce potential.
- Conducting regular market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks in the E-Commerce landscape.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with E-Commerce objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Developing and managing the E-Commerce budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in an E-Commerce field, demonstrating successful E-Commerce business growth.
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve goals.
- Proficient in website analytics tools and E-Commerce performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry will be beneficial.
