- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's e-commerce business operations, participating in corporate strategic planning, and leading the formulation and execution of platform operational strategies.
- Capable of accurately understanding mobile internet users, identifying the core business concepts and thematic directions, formulating content development and promotional strategies based on overall operational planning, and presenting long-term development plans.
- Lead the team in achieving operational targets, meeting online promotional objectives, and regularly provide operational analysis reports. Analyze company operational data, optimize and enhance operational processes and efficiency.
- Responsible for planning and executing operational strategies for various activities.
- Responsible for setting and cascading team's annual objectives, establishing efficient work processes and procedures, and leading the team to achieve various goals (costs, timelines, sales, profits).
- Responsible for e-commerce business across Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Line, Instagram, TikTok and Own channel.
- Cooperate with marketing, graphics, customer service, fulfillment, and supply chain to optimize customer experience and channel performance.
- Develop monthly promotion plan and optimize product mix in each channel.
- Create and execute strategies for marketplace onsite traffic with platform tools and support performance marketing in social media for offsite traffic.
- Prepare monthly sales forecast aligning with budget/trend and manage demand forecast with marketing and supply chain team.
- Support budget planning and manage spending effectiveness and track productivity.
- Handle weekly and monthly performance reports of sale and operation, sell-out analysis and conclusions and recommendations.
- Gain consumer and channel insights and make strategic recommendations based on knowledge of consumer, channel, competition, and trends.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master degree in Marketing or business marketplace Proven experience (2-5 years) in e-commerce, online sales, or a related role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and understanding of marketplace platforms management from end to end.
- Prior experience in platform operation on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, social media platform, Marketplace and deep knowledge of website.
- Great problem-solving skills, and growth mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience of managing e-commerce platform (marketplace) will be a plus.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, supervisory or managerial skills.
- Energetic, initiative, detail-minded, creative, able to think out of the box to propose new digital ideas.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English Proficient PC and Internet skills, knowledge of social media, online marketing.
