Senior E-Commerce Manager.
E-Commerce Strategy and Planning.

**Location**: Srichand Head Office Rama 9 Soi 53.

**Position Overview**:
**1. E-Commerce Strategy and Planning**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring a strong online presence and increased market share.
Identify new opportunities and trends within the e-commerce landscape to drive innovation and competitive advantage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.

**2. Website Management**:
Oversee the 3rd party developer of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Monitor website performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

**3. Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition**:
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to refine targeting strategies and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, visuals, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

**4. Customer Experience and Conversion Optimization**:
Lead efforts to enhance the online shopping experience, from browsing to checkout, by optimizing user interface, navigation, and checkout processes.
Implement personalization and recommendation strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and average order value.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly and continuously improving the overall customer journey.

**5. Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends.
Generate regular reports and insights to provide actionable recommendations for improving e-commerce performance and achieving business objectives.

**6. Team Leadership and Development**:
Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, ensuring the team's alignment with organizational goals.

**7. Vendor and Partnership Management**:
Collaborate with third-party vendors, technology partners, and service providers to ensure effective e-commerce operations, including payment processing, logistics, and fulfillment.
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and service levels.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of [10] years of progressive e-commerce management experience, including [5] years in a leadership or senior management role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technology, and trends.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in the e-commerce space.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
Experience with website management, user experience optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
Knowledge of e-commerce regulations, payment processing, and data privacy best practices.

**Additional Information**:
This is a full-time position located at Srichand Head Office Rama 9 Soi 53
Travel may be required for industry events, conferences, and vendor meetings.
