**Job Description Summary**: This is a customer facing position, operating as the Account Manager for customers owning GE Gas Turbine. The Account Manager will manage the customer relationship for accounts in their respective territories. Manage deal negotiations & closure with customers, partnering with commercial operations & vertical sales leaders. The Account Manager is responsible for orders and commitments for customers in Thailand and this position will have opportunity to work with customers in Singapore, Vietnam and Myanmar.

**Role and Responsibilities**

This is a key and fulfilling role within the Power Services Business as this role is not only a representative of the Power Services Business because it is a customer facing role, this role also requires you to utilize your ability to build long lasting relationships with the customer to be recognized as a trusted advisor. In addition, this role gives you the opportunity to work with various functions and covers different products in Gas Power Services portfolio. This role will report to the Sales Director and will be based in Thailand. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Account managementbe the primary contact point for the customer, across the entire Power Services portfolio covering Gas turbine Parts, Services, Upgrades, Digital and Decarbonization solutions for both Transactional and Long-Term Service Agreement customers.
- Customer planning: Understand the customer environment and manage the development of account plans, to ensure the team fully understands the customers and build the plan to cover customer’s upcoming outages fully.
- Customer relationship management: connect across the customer organization, in order to address their requirements, and manage senior customer relationship management.
- Opportunity pipeline management: continuously monitor and manage the development of the opportunity pipeline in the assigned territories, and ensure pipeline health vs. OP.
- Deal development & closure: Directly engage in competitive pursuits with responsibility for closing deals.

**Required Skill & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college
- At least 5-8 years of experience in gas turbine and combined cycle related field such as engineering, operation and maintenance, sales and/or marketing including minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
- Those with a background in Sales Engineering or Service Engineering would be highly considered
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently as well as with cross functional teams and stakeholders (such as Project Management, Engineering, Finance, EHS, HR.).
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking about transactional deals, as well as the longer term pipeline build
