In Thailand, known as "Dsure," Bjak offers not only car insurance services with 24 leading insurance companies for car insurance but but also offers compulsory motor insurance and facilitates road tax services.

**Job Description**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce insurance products and services.
- Build rapport with potential clients and identify their insurance needs and requirements.
- Explain insurance coverage options, benefits, and terms to potential customers.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on insurance policies, premiums, and claim procedures.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively to persuade them to purchase insurance.
- Close sales and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Update customer information, interactions, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and competitors' offerings to provide informed advice to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
