- Participate Lazada App user growth & promotion tools seller adoption strategy according to market competition analysis/insight, leverage internal/external resources, coordinate cross channel/product/marketing function team to implement the strategy
- Be responsible for identifying (i.e. create a hunting list) and creating impactful seller pitching deck to Sellers and Commercial Teams.
- Identify source of seller mechanics adoption by collecting data and insights to plan for Incentive Strategy for Seller adoption through strategic thinking and creative analytics
- Good in Communication Skills and experienced in Project Execution
- Improve operation process to make it more streamline and automated with the support from tech team
- Responsible for Sellers/Platform investment tracking and monitoring on Program efficiency
- Works with department heads to plan and execute structural changes to achieve business objectives
**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Min 3-4 years of working experience with a bachelor’s degree in business. administration/commercial finance/ economics or related fields. Experienced in Business development role, Process improvement with extensive experience in project management.
- Exceptional analytical skills, incremental value driven mindset. Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills are strong plus
- Organized and attention to details
- User insight and modelling skills with strong business acumen.
- Good negotiation skills and presentation skills - a people person
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with good interpersonal skills and team player
- Excellent Thai & English
