- Develop the Control Operations Center team in increasing the scope for resolutions of issues with the team at HQ.
- Ensure the team follow the schedule assigned from HQ team.
- Ensure the team delivers quality services and match SLO as agreed with HQ team.
- Act as first escalation level for the Operations group.
- Ability to work remotely with local IT, development team, Corporate IT and vendors pertaining to service calls and issues/tickets.
- Develop professionally in order to increase technical, functional, and interpersonal competence.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

**Language skills**
- Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) to be able to work with international customers.
- French language an advantage.

**Experience and Skills**
- At least 3 to 5 years' experiences
- Experience in managing operators team.
- Ability to understand workflows and introduce orderly transition of additional work in the Global Operations Center (GOC) environment
- Experience with ITSM framework, ticketing tools and job schedulers
- Hands on skill on Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 workstations/Windows 2008 and 2012 servers and MS office suite (e.g. Outlook, exchange, office etc)
- Hands on skill on Microsoft Active Directory administration
- Knowledge on Web Application, Database and Internet concepts and techniques.
