ECCO Tannery (Thailand) in Ayutthaya, as a part of ECCO Group currently is looking for a highly qualified and international minded individual to fill in the position as: Technical Customer Service and Planning Officer
- Responsibilities:
- Ensuring an extraordinary customer experience by building and maintaining relationships with our customers and providing them with prompt and accurate customer service and support.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Responsible for activities such as order intake, order flow and answering customer queries and complaints in order to maximize sales.
- Complete order information into the system and update status order to customer
- Act as linking pin between the customer, the technical team, and various departments within such as Supply Chain, Finance, Master Data etc.
- Receive and submit claim, complaint and product return/reject.
- Maintain good customer relationship.

คุณสมบัติ
- Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Business Management, Supply Chain, Communication or any related major
- Minimum 2-5 years in Manufacturing Customer Service/Planning experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business.
- Proficiency in statistics, planning, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office is required, including Excel: macros, v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas etc.
- Acknowledge in manufacturing processes would be advantage
- Business English proficiency would be advantage
- Work independent, communicative, logically, patient, fast and eager to learn
- Innovative, energetic to work in a diverse team.
- Onsite work, location at Nakohn Luang, Ayutthaya
