Executive Customer Service

Our client is an end-to-end Logistics Service Provider, active since 1933, and growing into an international organization. Operational in over twenty-five countries across the globe.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing daily execution of customer service activities about the arrangement of warehousing, distribution, and import/export shipments.
- Ensuring proper and timely execution and follow-up on customers’ instructions and requests.
- Creating accurate data entry into the ERP system for the inbound and outbound jobs.
- Updating the inventory management system timely and accurate.
- Checking of import/export documents (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.,) to ensure all documents are ready on hand for customs declaration.
- Checking of inbound/outbound customs declaration to ensure HS code and details are tallied with the shipping documents.
- Liaising with Carrier’s agent and freight forwarder to follow up on the arrival/departure of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Handling B/L entries for inbound shipment / Checking draft of BL for export shipment.
- Checking local charges billings from Carriers to ensure all transactions are accurate and by standard rate before submitting to the Finance department to issue a check for payment.
- Maintaining a daily update and accurate filing of documentation.
- Ensuring job costing is completed in a Manual or ERP system and reviewing job budget with consideration of additional charges.
- Handling any other tasks or assignments by the manager.
**Qualifications**
- 22 - 28 years old. Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-3 Years experiences working related logistics service, and New graduates are welcome.
- Good command of written and spoken English to liaise with International customers daily.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel (Pivot, vlookup).
- Responsible, able to perform effectively in a high-pressure and fast-paced working environment, and positive work attitude.
