**The role we are hiring for**
We are seeking an **Executive / Senior CS Executive** who will provide accurate products related information and ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
- 5 days per week Monday
- Work during weekends and public holidays
A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary contact for customers related to insurance policies and products while maintaining high professional and courteous communications at all times.
- Develops and Maintains excellent interpersonal relationships with customers.
- Deal with all instructions, queries and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames.
- Support Manager to review work process, identify and resolve process gaps through constructive feedback for continuous improvement where appropriate
- Support team in guidance and problem solving
- other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in any field with 2- 3 years of Customer Service delivery/Sales experience
- Previous experience in a call centre handling Health insurance will be advantageous.
- A demonstrated track record of providing excellent service to people at all levels in a multicultural, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Suggestion, recommendation, Problem solving skills and Product knowledge
- Ability to work during weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn fast and proactively seek solutions while maintaining a calm disposition.
- Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do.
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we are a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Being able to speak another language is a plus.
