**Overview of the job**

As our **Mid-Senior Sales**, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the sales function within Sertis. You will create and lead a high performance sales team able to drive revenue and market growth through their knowledge of sales and tech. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success. If you are a results-oriented, strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales excellence, this is for you.

**In this role, you will get to**:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Penetrating the markets and acquiring new clients to achieve sales target and KPIs
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and enhance brand awareness
- Conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence to spot opportunities and validate our sales strategies
- Analyzing sales data to identify improvements and recommendations

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- At least **4-5 years **of success in **technical sales, **from** **IT solutions, data, AI/ML, or related field**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies.
- Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and influence key decision makers
- Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
