Sales Lead

**Responsibilities**
1. Lead sales force team in implementing marketing strategies through Sales Managers.
2. Develop plan of actions which are consistent to business objectives and strategies
3. Identify skills and competencies of Sales Managers that need to be developed
4. Play a vital role in driving sales and marketing integration
5. Supervise and coordinate activities of direct report SMs to ensure that they maximize sales and market share through marketing activities for patients with company’s ethical standards
6. Determine and assign resources for sales performance and customer engagement
7. Sets annual sales target and promoted products targets of each district to drive business growth and customer engagement in the market place
8. Develop skills & knowledge and competencies needed for Sales Managers with development plans
9. Assess the skills & knowledge and competency level of direct subordinate consistently to identify potential and areas of improvement to meet the standard level of job requirement
**Qualifications**
- Minimum More than 10 years relevant experience in multi-national company in sales, commercial execution initiatives implementation experience in Pharmaceutical areas
- Strong sales experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry with entrepreneurial mindset and able to work well in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong communications skills & interpersonal effectiveness
- Strategic thinker to capture business opportunity and customer insight through analytical capability
- Highly motivated change agent that can motivate sales teams through new ways of working
