**Job Summary**: As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and persuasion. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Utilize various sources to gather information on prospects and qualify leads.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through telephone calls.
- Present products/services to prospects and highlight their benefits
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information to encourage interest.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert prospects into customers.
- Customize sales scripts to align with customer needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential customers.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales
- Secure customer commitment and follow through to ensure successful transactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide post-sales support and address customer concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and contribute insights for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to adapt sales pitches based on customer feedback.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
