Receptionist / Admin Support

**Location of work**: Chapman Taylor Bangkok office. (BTS Ploenchit)
**Job Summary**:
Responsible for greeting clients and visitor professionally and directing phone calls as required. Also provides ad-hoc administrative support as directed by the Office Manager, Director and as required by different departments within the organization. Good command in English is required.
**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure beverages are offered to all guests and clients who attend the office for meetings etc.
- Manage all the calls; answer the telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Organize purchase order from suppliers and good receipts on the delivery of purchase.
- Liaise with Office Manager on petty cash and staff travelling’s expenses.
- Male / Female. Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.
- Min 1 years’ experience in the International company.
- Good self-organization and coordination skills. High integrity, problem solving and initiative.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive and enthusiastic team player.
