Key Account Manager

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop new business with clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Leading activities support for user engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to equip for implementation & avoid any conflicts may happen.
- Operational tasks on payment, contract process, report.
**What do you need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the EdTech sector.
- Strong understanding of Thai education landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Thai is highly desirable.
- Thai native people are a plus.
