We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive the growth of Opteamyzer by targeting businesses, HR departments, and I/O Practitioners. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of SaaS sales and experience in the HR or psychological assessment industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to target companies, HR professionals, and I/O Practitioners.
- Identify potential markets and customer segments, focusing on driving Opteamyzer’s growth and market penetration.
- **Lead Generation and Client Acquisition**:

- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and engage in cold outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, I/O Practitioners, and corporate clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and addressing concerns.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Track and manage the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records of interactions, deals, and progress.
- Utilize CRM software to monitor sales activities, forecast revenue, and meet/exceed sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge and Demos**:

- Gain an in-depth understanding of Opteamyzer’s product offerings and demonstrate their benefits effectively to prospective clients.
- Deliver live product demonstrations and webinars to educate clients on the platform’s value for team optimization.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and generate qualified leads.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in HR, personality assessment, or team optimization tools.
- Strong understanding of personality typology, team formation, or psychological assessments is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
