Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing the work of enterprise sales team, also managing, developing sales strategies to achieve assigned target.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to individual salespeople who are selling products or services following company’s direction.
- Coordinate other sales channel in area, solving problems for their sales process.
- Training and guiding staff members on company polices and procedures as needed.
- Providing regular feedback to each member of the sales team regarding their performance.
- Coaching team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue.
- Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions
**Job Description**:
- Male or Female age between 35 to 45 years
- At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing of IT or telecommunication services.
- A bachelor's or above in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Own a car and driving license, able to work in Northern Area.
