**Job Title**: Assistant Human Resources Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage various aspects of HR operations, encompassing recruitment, employee benefits, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Collaborate with other teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and necessary setups for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee data and complete personnel files.
- Administer employee benefits such as health and life insurance, social security, provident fund, and annual health checkups.
- Handle employee time and absence records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Provide support for well-being and engagement activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
- Profound understanding of HR functions, employment law, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability as an active learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Effective multitasker with strong prioritization skills, particularly in time-constrained environments.
- Experience in dynamic and high-growth environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
