**Responsibilities**:
**Logistic management**
- Create DO in M3b upon receiving purchase order from customer
- Review and manage inventory control
- Write detail in the record file upon receiving the shipping plan from KAA
- Upon receiving the shipping document from KAA:

- Check detail, gather document and pass to forwarder to submit the DLD
- Update in record file
- Follow approval status from the DLD and actual date of vessel arrived to port to custom clearing product to warehouse. Prepare for shipment clearance:

- Inform warehouse staff if status is pending approval
- After status was approved, prepare good received document and mail to warehouse
- Key goods received list in M3 system
- Sending samples to KAA: Pack sample into the box and prepare airway bill, MSDS, Spec sheet
- Contact and coordinate to pick up sample products from KAA
- Follow up on parcel sent from KAA (Applicator, sample)

**Financial management**
- Review invoice, expenses, and payment before sending document to ACT (account outsource team)
- Scan Payment Voucher to manager for Finance approval
- Prepare cost sheet for the auditor

**Others**
- Check price and get quotation, when required
- Check price and book the meeting room and the hotel room, when required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or any related
- Good command of English communication
- Able to work under pressure
- Enjoy multi-task function and teamwork
