**ACCOUNTING AND ADMIN ASSISTANT**
**Job Summary**:
P3 Paper Plastic Products in Thailand is seeking an Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential support in both accounting functions and administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare financial documents, reports, and statements accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Support the administrative team with general office tasks including filing, correspondence, and organizing documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and assist in implementing improvements as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Knowledge in using Zoho and other accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
Pay: ฿18,000.00 - ฿24,000.00 per month
