CLIENT REFERENTIAL OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: CLI001853)

**Referential**

**_Pre-Processing Functions_**
- Receipt and review of New Account Opening Forms, account closure instructions and changes in Mandates, ensuing standard operating and audit requirements are met.
- Submission of exceptions for Metiers / Compliance / designated officers’ approval as required (see related operational procedures, policies and instruction notes).

**_Processing Functions_**
- Review and maintenance of new / updated / deleted specimen signature records into the relevant systems for 2nd level control& authorization.

**_Maintenance& Control Functions_**
- Active participation in review of operational procedures to ensure changes in regulatory / system / operational requirements /customer instructions are revised and updated during processing.
- Retrieval of customer account opening/closure /mandate change /status changes instruction records to meet standard turnaround time in event of investigation requests by customers, regulators, auditors and internal control departments.
- Perform name checks upon request from Compliance, Legal & Finance on clients maintain accounts/basic with BNP Paribas
- Monitor and ensure that Service Provider (ISPL) process customer instructions within agreed turnaround time, meeting operating standards and customer service expectation levels as established by the Management
- Liaise with Front office i.e. RM and Client Services on their day-to-day queries including retrieve documents,

**_Audit Confirmation_**
- Preparation end-to-end audit confirmation as per agreed workflow (for example: validate Audit Confirmation Request, prepare Audit Confirmation, instruct Operations to collect audit confirmation issuance fee and deliver to Auditor as per Instruction)

**_Project Management_**
- Work hands in hands with Regional colleauges, Team Lead and Head of Department on any Project related to Client Referential which may come/assign from time to time.

**_CTM Support_**

**_Back-up when necessary on CTM’ s tasks which included but not limited to :_**
- Monitor and ensure that Service Provider (ISPL) process the following Credit Administration related requests timely and accurately
- guarantee modification, creation & cancellation
- client’ s risk modification and facilities attachment function
- credit facilities, risk data, and excess monitoring daily post control check
- credit facilities input validation
- facility letter drafts

**_Loan Service Middle Office Support _**

**_Back-up when necessary on Loan Service Middle Office’ s tasks which included but not limited to :_**
- Handle loan transactions
- _Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and handle multiple, competing priorities and projects at one time_
- _Experience in Static data referential_
- _Possesses high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information; maintain Bank's privacy by keeping information private_
- _Team Player_

- _Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, or related field_
- _At least 5 years of experience in client documentation review or related functions in banking industry_
- _Good English and Thai (Writing, and speaking)_
