We design, distribute, and manage insurance plans and assistance services for individuals and businesses. With teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, we look after our members wherever they are to make sure they have access to the best care.
We are part of the APRIL Group, a global insurance specialist with 2,300 staff in 16 countries.
To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a **Administrative Officer**.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Request missing documents from clients/providers.
- Scan documents and input data in the system in a timely manner.
- Handle reports and check the inbound and outbound information.
- Keep track of payments paid to both clients and providers.
- Assist with other administrative tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0-2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance jobs will be a plus
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail
- New graduates are also welcome.
