You will be a part of CREA leadership team, making an impact for Brand’s success. This leadership role will require a strong entrepreneurship and self-starter mindset as you will be responsible to manage all commercial relationships within the responsible category and ensuring Brand’s success is equal to your success.
This people manager role will take the lead to hire, manage, and develop a strong team. You will manage & coach young and enthusiasm team of Key Account Managers/Brand Account Associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop innovative solutions and driving brand’s strategy & operations
- Establish and execute marketing, promotion and merchandising strategies to successfully operate online
- Develop, optimize and retain brand relationships, strong service and customer-first mindset, problem spotter, and solver, the willingness to find the right compromise for the success of the commercial relationship
- Forecast category target setting and performance monitoring
- Ensure store performance KPIs
