Brand Manager

Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for the new category, including product innovation, positioning, and messaging.
Act as the primary champion for digital marketing within the team, leveraging digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development initiatives, from concept ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new skills and best practices into the team.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.
Support e-commerce initiatives as needed, leveraging digital channels to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a focus on digital marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, including new product development and communication development.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including paid media, social media, content development, and digital analytics.
Experience with e-commerce is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new skills and technologies in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
