- **Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible**:

- **Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team**:

- **Working on account management plans with the sales managers or GM**:

- **Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences**:

- **Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used jetski, boat as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized**:

- **Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.**:

- **Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report as per assignment.**:

- **Ensuring that company policies and procedure are followed.**

- **Have at least 5 years working experience in Jetski, Boat Business.**:

- **Have at least 5 years working experience as Sales Management.**:

- **Able to manage Sales and Marketing team in order to meet with Sales Target.**:

- **Strong leadership skill and able to think strategically and tactically.**:

- **Open minded, able to learn and adapt to Organization’s Culture.**:

- **Able to work under pressure.**:

- **Good commands of English**:

- **Good interpersonal skills.**:
