**Responsibilities**
- Basic Claim Assesment e.g. Completion of Claim Documents
- Manage to collaborate with all stakeholders in order to complete Cancellation / Claim Tasks.
- Manage the Daily / Monthly Activities Reports and provide to direct manager with accurate and ontime5. Support other administrative works assign from manager from time to time.

- Response to Clients
- Claim Processing
- Daily Response SLA to the customer
- Zero Hard Complaint
