- To respond to customers’ contacts, register their requests and respond to their inquiries as per company standards and procedures and ensure providing excellent customer service.
- **Job Description**:
- Handle and provide solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, claims, service guarantee requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle incoming calls, LINE and inquiries from other channels for pick - up, service information
- Update record, follow up and feedback customers - Recommend solutions to service concerns / problems- Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- Min. 1 year of working experience in Customer Services, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center, Telesales or related fields
- Customer Centric personality with a excellent service mind
