**Job Purpose**:

- Preside over and direct the entire range of activities and operations management for Studio7 and BaNANA. To ensure achievement of business direction, sales and profit.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Direct and implement strategies and plans that will result in the achievement of the goals and objectives for Studio7 and BaNANA.
- Oversee the development of the strategic/business plan of company; in collaboration with executives, determine corporate wide performance objectives and ensure adequate plans for future development and growth of the business as well as work closely with executive team to set targets for annual growth and prepare sales activity plans accordingly.
- Review sales and analyze sales and market trends. Identify area that have negative sales gaps, and work with Regional sales manager to identify action plan to close the gaps.
- Communicate, monitor, and follow up with operations team to ensure implementation effectiveness of marketing activities, operations standard or others activities/programs that related to business.
- Regularly conduct reviews of company’s operations & performances; make decisions, as appropriate, on establishing cost limits, reallocation of resources.
- Provide sufficient recommendations to support effective decision making of executives.
- Work closely with Chief Business Officer to create and communicate short-term and long-term vision and strategies for the future of the business.
- Define measurable goals that develop and enhance operation processes, systems and practices and provide the means and resources needed to accomplish the goals.
- Establish a culture and work environment that promotes and inspires an active, continuous improvement philosophy in regard to products and services.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by executives

**Qualification**:

- Solid background in retail operations.
- Well understand the IT retails business environment
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Thai
- Strong skills in driving for results and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong skills in people management and development.
- Self-motivated, punctual and reliable.
- Hand-on and attention to details.

**Education**

**Experience**
- Over 15 years of experience in sales, operations management from retail business.
