Our client is a well-known food retailer in Thailand.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Managing restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitoring food and beverage costs and managing inventory levels to ensure profitability.
- Ensuring all staff adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures, including food safety and health regulations.
- Maintaining positive relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring that all guest feedback is addressed promptly and professionally.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing new strategies as appropriate.
- Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in food retail operations, restaurant management, or working in an F&B role in the Hospitality industry.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
