**Buyer Lead - Poultry Business**

**Salary**:THB 170,000 per month

**Location**:Bangkok or Saraburi (Able to travel in Saraburi)

As the Buyer Lead, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the procurement and purchasing of meat products for the company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a reliable supply chain of high-quality meats to meet the demands of our customers while maximizing profitability and minimizing waste.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for meat products, considering factors such as quality, price, availability, and sustainability. This includes conducting market research, identifying reliable suppliers, and evaluating their performance regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with meat suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Monitor supplier performance, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to forecast meat demand accurately. Collaborate with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Monitor meat market prices, negotiate favorable pricing with suppliers, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality standards. Continuously evaluate supplier contracts to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with various teams within the company, including operations, sales, marketing, and Legal, to align meat procurement with overall business objectives. Provide input on product development, promotions, and pricing strategies based on market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in meat procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the poultry industry.
- Experience with working in a multinational/-cultural environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command in English
