**About the position**

Customer & Channel Marketing Manager is similar to Trade Marketing Manager.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**

You need to be able to develop and implement comprehensive channel and customer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

Working Collaboratively with sales, marketing, supply chain & finance to create customer-specific marketing plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each account.

Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Manage trade promotion budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, enhancing the company's reputation and customer satisfaction.

Create compelling marketing materials, including POS displays, trade incentives, and sales collateral to support the sales team.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing strategies at the point of sale.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the leadership team.
