**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management_
- Utilize project management tools to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Develop reports and maintain project documentation for future reference.
- Events Management_
- Partner with marketing, sales, and events teams to plan and execute assigned events (e.g., product launches, sales promotions, customer appreciation events).
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned events.
- Secure necessary resources (e.g., staff, equipment, materials) for events.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for event execution.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, set-up, and breakdown.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with all local safety regulations.
- Revenue Generation_
- Analyse event data and customer engagement metrics to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue generation during events.
- Track and measure event performance against established KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Generate post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, events operations, or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events within budget and on time.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position requires travel to various event location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
