Based in Thailand as part of our HR team and supporting our East Asia Unit, you will support the talent acquisition efforts across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Indonesia.

You will partner with internal stakeholders across the unit to drive innovative recruitment solutions targeting local and international markets across all grade levels, including strategic appointments. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from data base management to job placement, interview coordination, background checks and positioning offers in the best possible way for acceptance.

A key part of your role will be to identify and create talent pipelines to help expediate appointments that align with our culture, technical excellence and equality and diversity strategies. You will bring a deep understanding of modern talent acquisition approaches, identifying talent in local and international markets, ensuring we bring the best people to our projects. Using a variety of sourcing techniques to achieve these outcomes, you will demonstrate your expert industry knowledge in your business partnering skills to your stakeholders.

Your approach will be dynamic, innovative and stakeholder focused as you deliver on individual roles and support TA projects. Our Senior Leadership and HR team within unit, across region and globally will support you in your efforts, ensuring you are set up for success.

For success in this role, you will demonstrate:

- experience in cross-border recruitment, with strategic search experiences specifically across Asia Pacific.
- industry knowledge of rail, transport, and/or energy sectors.
- experience in recruiting for renewable energy and professional services/advisory (climate change, sustainability, environmental consulting) would be preferred
- expert understanding of hiring practices. Experience in an internal role will be highly regarded.
- a strong personal brand, be energetic and an open communicator
- a team approach, can work collaboratively yet autonomously as a self-starter.
- working in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
- ability to engaging and build relationships at every level.
- an agile and flexible approach, with an intuitive understanding on how to influence a range of personalities and styles
- competence at using a range of technical platforms
- experience in recruiting for renewable energy and professional services/advisory (climate change, sustainability, environmental consulting) would be preferred
