- International Business Development Manager (Assistant Project Manager) (50K-65K) (SDG-103699)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ (ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการโครงการ)-
- Establish and develop business model, sales strategies (Annual and Medium-Term Plan 3-5 years), sales target (Volume, Revenue, Margin, and Price), budgetary, branding, and marketing plan for Domestic Business and International Business
- Plan, develop, manage and drive sales, Domestic and international business, branding and Marketing activities aligned with company policy, goal and timeframe.
- Explore and analyze potential global market both distribution and project segments.
- Research and analyze sales channel, market coverage, customer behaviors, requirements and competitors.
- Track, Monitor and report situation (monthly and management Review) and performance.
- Build long Term relationships with customers and business partners to improve satisfaction ratings
- Manage and close all customer issues, complaints and Provide optimal solutions
- Create plan to participate in exhibition and trade fair in oversea market
- Collaborate with related teams to Make sales and business transaction smoothly
- Coach and develop export sales team in order to strengthen and increase individual and team competency in long term.

- วางแผน พัฒนา จัดการและขับเคลื่อนการขาย ธุรกิจในประเทศและต่างประเทศ การสร้างแบรนด์และกิจกรรมการตลาดที่สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย เป้าหมาย และกรอบเวลาของบริษัท
- สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ตลาดโลกที่มีศักยภาพทั้งการจัดจำหน่ายและส่วนของโครงการ
- วิจัยและวิเคราะห์ช่องทางการขาย ความครอบคลุมของตลาด พฤติกรรมลูกค้า ความต้องการ และคู่แข่ง
- ติดตาม และรายงานสถานการณ์ (รายเดือนและการทบทวนฝ่ายบริหาร) และผลการปฏิบัติงาน
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้าและพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจเพื่อปรับปรุงคะแนนความพึงพอใจ
- จัดการและปิดปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าทั้งหมด และจัดหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่ดีที่สุด
- จัดทำแผนเข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้าในตลาดต่างประเทศ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การขายและการทำธุรกรรมทางธุรกิจเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ฝึกสอนและพัฒนาทีมขายส่งออกเพื่อเสริมสร้างและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของบุคคลและทีมในระยะยาว
- งานเฉพาะกิจและความท้าทายใหม่ ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Thai nationality, Male, age 30 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Export Sales or International Business
- Fluent in English. (TOEIC 800 up) with overseas customers (India and others)
- Able to travel abroad and to another country. ( 1-2 Time / Month )
- Sales, negotiable, motivation and Presentation skill
- Good At Microsoft Office and Able to learn new APP or Other IT programs
- Growth mindset, positive and logical t
