- Drive all Baxter HP new launching products/ machines to be listed in medical school segment by implement sales & micromarketing activity to build new KOLs for educating benefit of new products/ machines to HOD, hospital director, head of procurement, gatekeeper, etc.
- To defined CoE for presenting Baxter products innovation on connectivity and ensure the projects with Baxter are opportunities, to coordinate with finance team in analyzing profitability and costs of IT investment, connectivity service fees, and proposing more effective deal structures and pricing strategies with a view to utilizing hospital connectivity system.
- Align with marketer to implement and monitor the effectiveness of all marketing activities to ensure the implementation in line with corporate strategy and guideline.
- To initiate and conduct new launching products/ machines demonstration & training for the customer including to convey the right key messages of utilizing digital & conservative tools to maximize call effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales representative in the market to gain more understood of customer’s insight and highly value interactions with HD-nurses, particularly for new users.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nurse, Medical Technology, Science or related fields
- 3-5 years sales background and experience either drugs & medical device is a big plus
- Experience on project lead/ management is prefer
- Master’s Degree will be advantaged
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
- Learning agility, and flexibility to rotate across new products and new market
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- A good team leader as well as team player
- Mobility skills. Able to travel to upcountry
- Good command in English and computer literacy
