Our client, a multinational company in the luxury retail industry, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).In this position, you will play a critical role in driving the human resources functions across various departments and locations. You will collaborate closely with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with their business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

**Rewards**:

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.

**HR Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, payroll processing, and HRIS maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback and measure employee sentiment.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.

**Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)**:

- Champion CSR initiatives and coordinate volunteer activities in alignment with corporate values and community needs.
- Partner with external organizations and stakeholders to support philanthropic efforts and social impact projects.

**Workplace Health & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Provide training and resources to employees and managers on health and safety best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational or luxury retail environment.
- Proficient knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Native Thai speaker with excellent English proficiency
