**At AnyMind Thailand, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to department heads and team leaders, responsible for providing comprehensive HR solutions and support to enhance business success. The role involves collaborating closely with leaders, fostering talent development, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational change initiatives. The HRBP plays a key role in workforce planning, succession planning, and the continual development of HR programs. Responsibilities**:
**What You'll Do**:
**HR Solution and Support**:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business and offer creative HR solutions to enhance business success.
- Partner with department heads to plan workforce planning to align with strategic business growth.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and team leaders to enhance operational, system, and process excellence through HR initiatives.
- Provide guidelines for disciplinary action and offer advice to team leaders on human resource management functions.
- Support organizational change initiatives and guide employees through transitions.

**Talent Development**:

- Work closely with department heads and team leaders to advise and coach on constructive KPI setting and effective measurement.
- Responsible for the capability and potential development of team members.
- Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
- Partner with department heads and team leaders to plan career development and individual development plans.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs such as recruiting, retention, and learning & development with the HR team.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for key positions.

**Employee Relations**:

- Consult with department heads/team leaders and employees on employee relations issues, address concerns, and conflicts, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
- Handle key, sensitive, and delicate employee relations matters and initiate action plans to resolve issues, mitigating risks.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources field
- Proven experience in managing visa and work permit processes, particularly for international employees.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English, enabling effective communication in both languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and expat employees
- Basic knowledge of Thai Labor Law
