- Lazada Marketing Solutions is a strategic function that spearheads the awareness, adoption, optimization, and growth of the Lazada Sponsored Solution suite, an AI-powered set of marketing tools that help our brands and sellers grow their business. We strive to invest heavily in innovating new solutions to tackle our brands and sellers’ pain points and elevate their experience while using our solutions. We are looking for curious, ambitious talents with a commercial mindset to understand big data, act as a bridge between the technical and commercial sides of the business, and use data to align with strategic goals. If you enjoy a good challenge, love to find new ways of interpreting data and use data to drive business decisions, then you’re a perfect fit.In this role, you are responsible to explore and set up additional channels of monetization. This includes, but not limited to sales of onsite assets and supporting specific business units to accelerate their growth**Responsibilities**:

- This role is to lead Project team of Marketing Solutions. Which you will be responsible for followings:
- Lead team of PMO that handles end-to-end projects of Marketing Solutions from design, planning, and execution
- Explore and initiate potential revenue streams or opportunities for platform and be able to carve out processes to execute and transition into longer-term business models
- Able to lead stakeholders (managers) from other business unit to meet Marketing Solution revenue target
- Manage and influence senior stakeholders to support projects success
- Support the team to drive project operations, stakeholder management, and performance steering
- Identify and optimize key processes to transition projects into longer-term business models

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 4-6 years with experience in e-commerce, tech, project management, and consulting, or MBA graduate from leading university
- Interest in e-commerce, marketing solutions, and advertising businesses
- Passionate about process optimization and carving out new projects
- Ability to a manage team to deliver expected revenue targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with different internal teams and senior management.
- Strong analytical skills, able to leverage data points and analysis to form actionable insights
- Self-starter, highly adaptable, motivated individual, with high sense of ownership keen to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoints and Data analysis is a must
