Export Regional Sales Manager

**Report to: Head of Export Sales**:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales management
- Optimize contribution margins with volume and price management.
- Drive value added products and systems via distribution and project channels.
- Plan route-to-market actions and execute in key areas.
- Provide sales forecast with minimum variance.
SG&A Management
- Coordinate with Export Marketing to prepare annual expenditure budget according to the business plan.
Budgeting, Strategic Review and Reporting
- Develop 5-year strategic plan.
- Set annual budget and action plan with implementation and tracking methodology.
- Provide monthly report to update market situation and actions.
- Prepare other Management reports that may be required from time-to-time.
Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyze the market situation that may affect to business including environment and competitor movement.
Marketing Activities
- Work with Export Marketing to analyze market situation and competition in order to plan strategies, promotional programs and loyalty programs.
Logistics
- Collect orders and collaborate with Logistic department and SCG to manage the supply chain from order to delivery on time in full correctly.
Team Management
- Work with team and/or relevant departments including SCG to deliver the targets.
- Develop him/herself to have the concrete core competency and advantageous skills that benefit to company.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related. Engineering or Architecture degree is advantageous.
- Computer skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Efficient management with planning, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Honesty and trustworthy.
- Take new challenges with initiatives and execution.
- performance oriented, highly motivated.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.

**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Sales, Export Project Sales.
- Experience in building materials industry is preferred.
