- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end claims processing, from intake to resolution.
- Ensure accurate assessment, validation, and payment of claims.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and fraud.
- Lead and mentor a team of claims professionals.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging growth and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay informed about insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure claims processes adhere to legal guidelines and industry standards.
- Champion customer-centric practices within the claims department.
- Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Nurse or related field, master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in health insurance claims management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development.
- In-depth knowledge of claims processing, coding, and reimbursement.
- Good communications skill with an excellent spoken and written English.
