The Role

The E-commerce Merchandising Executive will play a pivotal role in optimizing the online shopping experience for our clients. Working closely with the Merchandising Head and cross-functional teams, this individual will be responsible for curating a consumer-centric experience on multiple platform touchpoints to improve traffic and drive conversion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that optimizes the different customer touchpoints of ecommerce platforms (touchpoints refer to, but not limited to, product display page, shop-in-shop, and, chat)
- Drive organic traffic to store and product pages by optimizing product name structure, search keyword integration, PDP content (images, short description, lorikeet)
- Increase user engagement on store pages by creating a smooth and intuitive guided-shopping experience, maximizing best performing store modules, and optimizing products highlighted in the page
- Improve CEM metrics by identifying the optimal combination of copywriting, send-out schedules, and audience types
- Monitor performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and leverage data-driven insights to iterate and improve merchandising strategies
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking on both local and cross country to ensure competitiveness of clients’ campaign executions and promotions
- Conduct regular audits of multiple platforms to ensure accurate execution of strategies and quickly spot improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design & Content team to produce high-quality visual assets, and ensure completeness of information and adherence to project briefs
- Be aware of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and visual merchandising to identify new opportunities for innovation and optimization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative flair and passion for visual storytelling, with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
