Key Account Supervisor eCommerce is responsible for the eCommerce (Pureplayers) account. This role leads the cascading of the Fighting Unit strategy into data-driven 12Q Channel and Customer Plans for the assigned eCommerce account. Align and integrate with Brand Plans from Marketing team and Channel & Category strategy from CCD team. Lead execution against 12Q Plan with the accounts through joint business planning, perfect online shop-in-shop, strong profit management and growth of key accounts and their share of wallet. Strategically manage the assigned eCommerce Pureplayers.

What we ask
- Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of eCommerce experience, preferably good knowledge of commercial, performance marketing, operations, and account management
- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience and ability to utilize data/data analytics to drive decisions related to ecommerce
- A strong commercial sense to identify opportunities and grow the business and a data-driven aptitude in decision making.
- Result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills. Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-starter mentality with drive and motivation, outstanding interpersonal skill.
- Open minded, leadership skill and strong communication in both Thai and English.

- Vacancy description- Initiate sales and execution plan to drive commercial performance and achieve target by developing data-driven strategy for short-term and long-term plan to grow e-commerce business for Pure Player, e-Retailer, Quick Commerce and D2C
- Understand market and customer insight, together with be able to analyze data and develop effective campaign mechanics/promotional scheme for driving sales, penetration with promising ROI - result to incremental e-commerce key metric. Align M+3 activation calendar with customers in excellent execution and optimal support to achieve the milestone
- Drive and lead the working collaboration with customers and brand team to deliver best-in-class online execution, excellence path-to-purchase and optimal shopper experience
- Own and manage product portfolio, monthly sell-in and sell-out, demand forecasting, inventory management, route-to-market strategy as well as sales and spending performance for the designated channel
- Plan and manage incoming purchase order together with designated customer manager of each channel, align with cross functional team to ensure smooth operation
- Work with Digital team and Trade Marketing team to manage media budget with ability to optimize the key investment versus onsite & offsite activations, and visibilities gained from platforms
- Monthly performance analysis with pre/post campaign evaluation and ROI management
- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the e-Commerce organization for cross functional partners and external partner - acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and e-Commerce initiatives.
