Business planning and Go-To Market Planning of CRM Consulting Business.
・This team is going to start from zero, therefore the leader will need to create
business plan together with the Partner, 1. Market analysis and solution design, 2.
Lead generation strategy, 3. First Cast generation, 4. Hiring and Resource Planning,
5. Expansion plan. At the end Director level will require to sustain profit with
holding 5-7 resources under the team.
・Sales pipeline generation.
・Pre-Sales of CRM consulting solutions.
・Creating multiple solutions of CRM solutions to B to C industry. (Especially in
Retail/FMCG/Consumer Product to have synergy with QUNIE’s existing solutions)
・Management of the project and developing PM under the team.
・Planning required skillset for hiring resource and evaluation.
・Delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
・Become part of the future leaders to lead this organization as MD/Partner.
・Delivering Public Seminar/Webinar related to CRM.

・Bachelor degree (First level University degree)
・Age between 35-45 years old
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・Over 10 years of Strategic Technology Consulting or Business Consulting.
・Experience in Project Management for Business Consulting Project.
・Experience in Team Development (partial) in Business Consulting Firm.
・Experience working for Business Consulting Firm (McKinsey, BCG, A.T. Kearney,
Bain & Co., PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Accenture, IBM, Abeam, etc.)
・Experience of Sales closing and target achievement.
・Sales planning and execution skills in business consulting firm.
・Working Experience CRM Business Consulting Solutions
・CRM Technology Implementation (SFDC, Oracle CRM, SAS, Promotion Management System, TPM Solutions, BI)
・Business Consulting Project Management Skills, not just technology PM experience,
・Leadership, Coaching and Team Development Skills
・Minimum 3 projects or Solutions that can be show cased to potential clients
・Experience of creating key consulting deliverables
・Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the consulting project.
・2 positive referrals from previous business consulting company.
【Advantage】
・Self-motivated to become a Senior Financial consultant and an ability to work and motivate others to start up business consulting division.
・Preferred to have been educated or worked in Japan in the past or worked for Japanese company.
