Liaise with Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Legal, and all regulatory units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal group policies & guidelines at operating level.
Lead in planning and driving PVB Relationship Officers to support on PVB operations efficiently in order to give better services to the customers and assist Client Advisory so they can concentrate on the daily work to achieve their goals.
Proactively drive team to work with business partners and all concerned parties to provide feedback and recommendation about products & services, system and business processes improvement to meet customer needs and expectations.
Manage AML KYC review of S&D customers both periodically review and changing of customers risk particles.
Focus on the implementation of NPS to measure the customer experience and predict business growth.
Manage customers complaints related to S&D sales.
Qualifications.
Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related fields; or an equivalent combination of education and regulatory compliance experience.
Minimum 7 years of work experience in Investment Sales Governance, Compliance, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal or related fields.
Sound understanding of financial regulatory requirements and banking products and process.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic.
Good command of English both written and verbal.
