- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill all customer requirements
- Contact with the customers regarding daily issues
- Monitor die loading to ensure the target schedule is met and to inform the customer of any potential delay
- Respond to customer requests with all necessary information and with a prompt and professional manner
- Consolidate data to evaluate team performance and to determine actionable steps in order to improve customers’ experience
- Discuss with customers on technical issue and coordinate for customer projects to enhance understanding and create new business opportunities
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s in English, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- Experience in customer services, production control, process engineering, QA or IE
- Working experience in electronics/semiconductor or IC manufacturing industry is preferred
- Able to work well under pressure
- Have sense of urgency, eager to learn new things
- Good personality with high emotional intelligence
- Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skill
- Good command of English and proficient in MS Office
